Give us a call today if you have any questions about our dumpster rentals. 10 Yard DumpstersOur 10-yard dumpster is the smallest one we make available to rent, and it’s suitable for most small home or property-renovation projects. A perfect use for this container would be a kitchen or bathroom renovation, cleaning-out a basement, garage or attic, and cleaning-up a yard or lot.
Dimensions: 10 feet-long by 8 feet-wide, by 3.5 feet-high. Capacity: Holds about sixty (60) 13-gallon garbage bags. Weight Limit: 1-ton (2,000 pounds). One of the great things about this size is that it fits into even small driveways or areas, yet holds much more than one would imagine. (Sixty 13-gallon garbage bags...is a lot!) However, when estimating what size dumpster you will need, it’s important to remember that you pay each time we pick-up your rental and haul your materials away. So it’s better to have a larger container with a little bit of room to spare, then to have a 10-footer that fills-up many times. If you’re unsure, talking with us and describing your project will enable us to point you in the right direction. Just give us a call at 863-267-8228 and we'll gladly make our recommendation. 20 Yard Dumpsters |

Our 20-yard container is frequently used for more heavy-duty projects, such as a professional remodel or new-build construction project, or a larger scale do-it-yourself project. We commonly see these dumpsters used for home or office renovations (where one or more walls need to be removed), when new floors are being installed (and the old material needs to be removed), or a new roof is being installed and the old shingles need to go!
Dimensions: 20 feet-long by 8 feet-wide, by 4 feet-high. Capacity: Approximately one hundred and twenty (120) 13-gallon garbage bags). Weight Limit: 2-tons (4,000 pounds). |
The large size of our 20-foot dumpster makes it the perfect choice for large do-it-yourself home or office project. Now, every once in a while, we see projects begin...and then grow once the work is underway, making their original selection of a 20-footer insufficient for their needs. This can occur when a job isn’t entirely thought-through, or when a homeowner isn’t aware of the impact that work in one area of the house...has on an adjoining area of the house! Call us at 863-267-8228, and we can talk-through your project with you, and make sure you’ve got your bases covered!
30 Yard DumpstersOur 30-yard dumpster is the second-largest size we offer. With its higher walls, it is an ideal choice for you if your project will include large pieces of unbroken debris such as furniture, old appliances or large pieces of wall, flooring-sections, and construction debris. Some common uses of this container size would be liquidating and cleaning-out an estate, or large-scale home renovations (such as building an addition, for example).
Dimensions: 20 feet-long by 8 feet-wide, by 6 feet-high. Capacity: Holds about 30-cubic yards of garbage (9 pickup trucks-full). Weight Limit: 3-tons (6,000 pounds). |
This massive container also carries our highest weight-limit, so if you need to dispose-of heavy construction materials such as metal, tile, concrete or asphalt...this will be perfect for you. In the event that there are details of your project that have you wondering if this is the right size for you, just give us a call at 863-267-8228 and let us confirm this for you!
40 Yard Dumpsters
Our largest dumpster for-rent has massive size, with impressive hight and weight limits, and is generally only in demand when a home or other other structure is undergoing multiple facelifts, or if a partial or total demolition is underway. Projects of this size and scope will often require the removal of tons and tons of debris, and our 40-yard dumpster can handle it. For the construction and demolition professional who wants guaranteed peace-of-mind that there will be enough room for all debris, refuse and large pieces or chunks of everything imaginable, this rental is the right choice every time. It also is the most cost-efficient in terms of “per-ton” haul-away cost, due to obvious economies of scale, because Lakeland Dumpster Rental needs to pay for the operation of truck, with a driver, insurance and fuel regardless of what size container it delivers or retrieves!

So for large-scale home remodeling, partial or full-blown structural demolition, major pre-construction and heavy construction projects, the name of the game is definitely “Go Big,” or don’t go!
